There is a large communal recreation area at the rear of the Property which is fully enclosed by a wall and safety gates. Within this area is the swimming pool (heated by solar panals),which is 10m x 5m with additional 2.76m Roman end steps. The swimming pool depth is 1.20m sloping to 1.80m. Beside the pool there is a large terrace with sun loungers sheltered by the Fossil wall, (Fossils personally selected by our daughter Megan) and surrounded by lawns. Behind the swimming pool is a large lawn suitable for games and outdoor activities, a selection of which are available. Table Tennis.
Adjacent to the swimming pool is a large traditional open barn equipped with a BBQ, fridge, tables and chairs. This area is undercover and provides plentiful shade for those hot days and evenings. It is also useful for enjoying being outside in warm weather during the occasional shower. Within this area are also various activities including a darts board, books, games and toys suitable for all ages to enjoy.
The front of all three properties open onto the enclosed courtyard. The children's play area is situated here at the side of the courtyard. The play area is equipped with a playframe comprising climbing platform, slide and swing. There is an additional swing situated in the tree.

THE FARMHOUSE which sleeps 14 people plus a toddler and a baby in 5 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 sleeps two people plus a baby and is a double bedded room with an exposed beamed ceiling, furnished with a wooden Mothercare cot and changing unit. There is an ensuite bathroom off comprising bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin. Bedroom 2 sleeps four people and has a set of bunk beds and 2 single beds, there is a selection of toys, a TV and films in this room. Bedroom 3 sleeps four people and has two double beds. Bedroom 4 sleeps two and has a double bed.
The bathroom has a low sloping ceiling and comprises a bath with hand held shower unit, a bidet and a wash basin. There is also a separate toilet.
On the ground floor there is a traditional French oak fitted kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, electric oven and gas hob. The kitchen is furnished with a table and chairs to seat four people. The kitchen leads to a dining room with large table and seating for 12 people. There is a large lounge furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs with patio doors opening onto the courtyard, an open fireplace and exposed beams. The lounge is equipped with a 36" wide screen TV with English language satellite channels and a DVD player.
The fifth bedroom is situated on the ground floor, it sleeps two people plus a toddler in one double bed and one toddler bed. There is a shower room and a separate toilet on the ground floor also. Washing Machine.

There is a hallway leading to the bathroom and bedrooms. The first bedroom has exposed stone walls and beamed ceiling and sleeps two people with a King size bed. The second bedroom which is ideally suited for 3 children, also has an exposed stone wall and beamed ceiling furnished with a set of bunk beds, a small fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a mezzanine area above and to one side with a single bed. Please be aware that the mezzanine area has low head room and is accessed via a steep narrow staircase.

The lounge area has a double sofa bed, armchair, TV with free to air satellite channels and a DVD player. There is a dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
There is a hallway leading to the bathroom and bedrooms with built in storage cupboards. The first bedroom has French doors opening onto the patio area, an exposed stone pillar and beamed ceiling and sleeps two people in a Double bed. The second bedroom which is ideally suited for 2/3 children, also has an exposed stone pillar and beamed ceiling furnished with a set of bunk beds, and a toddler bed which is situated on a split level area with two steps up.
