We protect the privacy of our users, which comprise travellers (who are seeking a property to rent) and members (who offer such properties on the Site). We may sometimes use information collected about you only as permitted in this Privacy Policy. Personal data
Your personal data is data that identifies you, or from which you are identifiable. Information
You may contribute your personal data to us. In order for us to process a request or enquiry you may make concerning a property, we need to know all or some of the following: your full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and, in the case of a member's (advertising) listing, a method of payment. You may also contribute personal data to us when registering to advertise your property on the Site.

How we use your data
Your personal data will be used to provide and promote the Site, replying to enquiries and and other purposes referred to in this Privacy Policy/Terms and Conditions.
If you have a property advertised on the Site, we must always be able to e-mail you information about your account and your use of our services.
Your personal information is not shared with third parties, except: 1) in the case of special promotions by us, or one of our partners, about which you've requested to be notified; 2) where a third party performs services on our behalf and has agreed to keep such information confidential (such as the processing of your credit card payment or the conduct of an online survey for example); and 3) any Affiliates, but only for the purpose of performing this Agreement.
In the event that we or the Site are acquired by a third party, your personal information may be transferred to any such acquirer.

Newsletters
We may at some point email a newsletter. Users may cancel their subscription to these newsletters at any time.

Enquiries
Site users may send enquiries to property owners via clickable links on Site listings. If you choose to send an enquiry through these links, your personal information, including your e-mail address and any other information you supply, will be visible to the member in question in order that they are able to reply directly to you. If you call the member, you may be asked to leave a return telephone number. Do not share information in the e-mail or phone call that you are not prepared to allow them to have, including, but not limited to, credit card and bank account information. These enquiries are both sent to the individual member you selected and retained by us. Should you click on a link to go to a property owners website we do not hold your information and you are under their websites privacy policy/terms and conditions. While the content of these enquiries is not shared with any other party, the Site may, use third party e-mail servers to send and track receipt of the enquiry e-mails, and analyze the pattern of enquiry usage reported by these third party tracking systems; the resulting information is used and stored only in an anonymised form.

Protecting your personal information
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to guard against unauthorised or unlawful processing of your personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, your personal data. While no computer system is completely secure, we believe the measures implemented by our site reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved.
