Tournesol a
traditional 2 bedroom gite on two floors with large terrace having great views
over the extensive landscaped gardens.
Ground
Floor. The ground floor consists of the American style open plan
kitchen, diner and lounge with patio doors onto the large patio. The front door
is onto the parking area.
The kitchen has fridge/freezer, large stove with 4 rings and oven, microwave and large storage and work surfaces.
The dining area has oak table and chairs which will seat 6 in comfort.
The lounge has a 3 seat settee and two air chairs. There is a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings.

First
Floor. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the shower
room.
Bedroom 1. A double bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of draws.
Bedroom 2. This bedroom has two single beds wardrobe, bedside table and chest of draws, it has great views over the landscaped gardens
Shower Room, There is a WC, a washbasin and large walk-in shower with seat.

chairs,parasol and BBQ, there is a washing machine in the small room off the
patio.

Prices
include the free use of all the facilities except were safety restrictions may
be in force,ie., small children unsupervised around the pools and size
restrictions on snooker table. please see condition for full
list.
Water,electricity and heating when appropriate are free.
A refundable £100.00 security deposit is required against breakages etc.
