Lounge. comfortable settes and arm chairs.
Bathroom Large shower with seat, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 1. Double Bed, Large wardrobe, chest of draws.
Bedroom 2. Room with 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and chairs.
Patio. The patio has good views of the gardens and has garden table and chairs, parosol and BBQ

Prices include the free use of all the facilities except were
safety restrictions may be in force,eg., small children unsupervised around the
pools and size restrictions on snooker table. please see condition for full
list.
Water,electricity and heating when appropriate are free.
Hire of bed linen - £10.00 per person per week. Hire of towels £10 per set - you need to bring pool/beach towels.
Security Deposit of £200 which is fully refundable at the end of the holiday if no damage to property.
Supplement for 7 night durations in school summer holidays £50
