booking at gites vendee

1.	Please contact us to acertain the availability of a cottage,Gite or Villa and make a provisional booking by e-mail or phone.
2.	Check the changeover days for the property you require, we keep rigidly to these during high season but can be flexable at other times.
3.	booking commences at 16.00hrs (local time) on day of arrival and finishes at 10.00hrs on day of departure.
4.	Prices include: Gas,electricity,water, heating (when appropriate) and the use of the swimming pools,grounds and facilities.
5.	Tenants may bring their own linen (sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers, or these can be hiredon request,in advance at a charge of £7 per person/week. Sorry but we are unable to supply towels.
6.	The use of the Pools and other equipment and facilities are solely at visitors own risk. Parents should satisfy themselfs as to the suitability of the different facilities and equipment for their children's use. No responsibility can be taken by the owner or agent for any accidents or injuries, however caused.
7.	We reserve the right to change/modify the layout anf facilities where we feel that this would enhance our property.
